Nursing Conference: Using a Palliative Approach in Supportive and End of Life Care

Join us for an exciting conference as we hear from experienced palliative care nurses on best practices in supportive and end of life care. Topics covered at this conference will interest nurses whose primary focus is not palliative care but whose work includes caring for patients with progressive, life-limiting and advanced, chronic illnesses.
