We are monitoring closely developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the recommendations made by the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services to ensure the safety of our employees, volunteers, patients and families.
We are continually adapting as the situation evolves and, as such, we have put in place restrictions on the number and timing of visitors for each patient, as well as services available to our visitors. More information regarding our measures can be provided through our admission nurses or by calling us at 514 693-1718.
Family members, friends and pets are welcome to visit their loved ones every day between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. All visitors must enter and exit by our front door and must, for safety reasons, sign in and out our logbook.
Should a family member or a friend wish to stay overnight in the patient’s room, please advise the nurse.
We understand that you may need to stay in touch with family members, friends and relatives. However, keep in mind that we are trying to maintain a peaceful environment for our patients and their families. We would therefore ask all visitors to be mindful of the ambient noise when using their cell phones; please do not talk on your cell phone in the hallways.
Parking at the André-Brunet facility is located in parking lot P7 of the Lakeshore General Hospital’s parking lot. Monthly or daily passes can be purchased from our receptionist. Parking permits are also available for those who wish to park directly on André-Brunet Street. Please inquire at the reception, as spaces are limited.
